Data we handle

• Free scans: the domain you submit, scan results (robots decisions, HTTP statuses, content hashes, short snippets), and a truncated SHA-256 hash of your IP for the free daily rate limit. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Watch subscriptions: email, domain(s), plan, Stripe customer/subscription ids, baselines and scan history, and optional intentional-block flags.
• Transactional email: regression alerts only. No marketing broadcasts from this product.
• Server logs: Vercel request logs and our error logs (no card data).

Processors

• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: transactional regression emails.
• Vercel: hosting and logs.
• Neon: database (scans, baselines, rate limits).

Retention

We keep scan and Watch history as needed to provide the service and investigate errors. We do not promise a fixed deletion timeline that no routine enforces. To request access or deletion, email support@rendlet.com.
